When measuring three axes with "photographing measurement", can the center point (green dot) of the three axes be set on any surface?

The location of the center point (green dot) is directly related to the position of the laser dot.

It is not a problem to use the "Photogrammetry" function to measure the three-axis length / width / height of any place. But please pay attention to the center point (green dot) and the laser point have to be set on the same horizontal plane. If the green point is not set on the same horizontal plane as the laser point, it is not correct.
